Pomeroy Green Annual Meeting, January 13, 2015
Pomeroy Green will be painted in 2015! So at the annual meeting, you not only get to vote on 3 members of the Board of Directors, but also for a paint color scheme!

Announcements!
1) The Board of Directors just approved a budget for 2015. Our carrying charge will remain unchanged at $480/month.
2) We will paint Pomeroy Green in 2015. As part of our paint preparations, we will be sorting through the many cables and phone lines on our buildings, and discarding those that are no longer in use. Please take some time to figure out which of your cables are “live” so that when our workmen come you can guide them.
3) We also want to address the state of our carport ceilings. If you notice a leak in your carport or around your downspout, during or after a rain, tell Property Pro!!!! We will fix the leak, then repair and repaint the ceiling.
4) Another goal of our beautification project is to reduce the sign pollution around Pomeroy Green. We will post all notices at the driveway entrances on a single unified sign, and remove the signs from our buildings before painting.

Pick up after your dog.
Watch for bicyclists in the rain. Watch for kids.
Don’t put potato peelings, large amounts of pasta, or tons of bones down your garbage disposal. This is really helpful for Happy Holidays! Which we wish you all.
